To complete your payment and registration, please use the following instructions to pay by cheque:
- Make cheques or bank drafts payable to “Surrey Place”
- Mail your cheque to: ATTN: Finance Department, Surrey Place, 2 Surrey Place, Toronto, ON, M5S 2C2
- Please ensure you write your child’s name and program name on the cheque. (Please include your child’s Surrey Place Client ID/SPID, if you have one.)
A reminder to families: Our refund policy recently changed. Please review to ensure you’re up-to-date on changed related to payment timelines, split payments and cancellations. Learn more: https://surreyplcstage.wengine.com/media/Paid-Services-Payment-and-Attendance-Policy.pdf Effective August 19, only service packages that exceed $5,000 will have the option to pay in multiple installments.
Purchasing a product that costs more than $5,000?
For Fall, Winter and Spring Groups: You will have the option to pay in full or pay a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% will be owed in two parts: 40% is due two weeks before your service starts. 30% is due two weeks before your service ends.
For Summer Groups and Camps: You will have the option to pay in full or pay a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due two weeks before your service starts.
