- You will receive a response within 5 business days
- Surrey Place will investigate and respond to serious complaints within 30 business days
- Should you not be pleased with the result of your complaint an appeal can be filed

Organizational, Program and Services Feedback Surveys and Volunteer Committees
Do you want to participate in our program and service feedback survey and/or volunteer committees? Connect with a Surrey Place Centre team member to ask about participating in our surveys and committees.
Disclosure of Wrongdoing, Rights and Protections (Whistleblower)
Surrey Place is committed to open and honest communication. We will protect individuals who report in good faith and/ or file a complaint regarding:
- Serious violations of the Code of Conduct, other Surrey Place policies, legislation and regulations
- Criminal, illegal and/or fraudulent activities
- Unethical or dishonest behaviour
- Financial or operational impropriety

Reporting Actual or Suspected Abuse or Neglect of Adults Living With Developmental Disabilities
