Caregiver Meditations to Release Stress
These meditations are single session meditations created to support caregivers in their mindfulness practice. They are guided meditations that will help caregivers release stress through connecting with breath, observing the monkey mind, and connecting with the body. Meditations with include gratitude, self-love, & setting intentions for the day.
Note: Caregivers are asked to wear comfortable clothes, stable internet access and to find a place whereby they can practice without interruptions. Meditations will be 20 minutes in length. There will be time after for silent practice or to ask any questions to the instructor about the practice.
