Professional Development

Surrey Place is committed to providing ongoing professional development to build capacity internally and externally in the field of development disability. Our commitment to ongoing professional development means that our clinicians and staff are trained in the most current practices in their respective disciplines and in the field of developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. We encourage staff to be self-reflective in their service approach and have opportunities to share and benefit from innovative approaches to evidence based clinical practice through external and internal conferences, such as the Health and Wellbeing in Developmental Disabilities Conference, workshops, grand rounds and webinars.
