Self-regulation is the ability to adapt your behaviour when engaged in situations that might provoke emotions such as stress, anxiety, annoyance and frustration. Participants will be able to identify situations that provoke emotional reactions and implement coping mechanisms.

This program is designed to help children react to frustrating or challenging situations. The focus is to help participants identify emotions in themselves and others. Participants will also learn to self-regulate their emotional and behavioural responses to the environment. Structured family education sessions are also included.
