Payment Plans and Policies
We offer several payment options to help you manage your budget as needed.
Option 1: Pay in Full
We accept a variety of payment options, including e-transfers, cheque, and major credit cards (no AMEX). *Payment is required before the first class. Late payments will be subject to 2% interest.
Option 2: Pay Less Upfront
For programs $2000+
After an initial installment of 25% of the program cost (*due before the first class or within 30 days of the invoice date), the remaining balance will be paid in 30-day installments with the final payment due before the last class.
For other amounts
We offer other payment plan options to break your purchase into a series of affordable installments. Just ask and we will work with you to meet your specific need.
Purchase with confidence
We accept e-transfers, post-dated cheques, and credit card payments (no AMEX).
Refunds, Withdrawals & Transfers
We offer refunds for any of your payments.
Full refund – If a request is received 30 days before the first class
Partial refund or credit – If a request is received up to 30 days after the first class.
No refund or credit – If a request is received after 30 days from the first class.
Fees paid by cheque and e-transfers will be refunded by cheque.
Fees paid by credit card will be refunded to that credit card. Allow 3-4 weeks for processing.
*We may consider exceptions to our refund policy on a case-by-case basis.
A minimum number of registrants is required for a class to run. Surrey Place has the right to make the final decision to open or close a class or to revise the fee structure. If the program does not meet the enrollment minimum and is therefore cancelled, every effort will be made to accommodate participants in another program. If there is no other program which is satisfactory to you, you will receive a full refund.
Programs, events, and activities may also be cancelled due to circumstances such as inclement weather, power outages, facility and/or equipment problems or closures, instructor illness and/or unavailability, and act of god events. In the event of such cancellations, we will notify all program participants by email and/or phone. Cancelled classes will be rescheduled, and program refunds and credits will be issued.
