TRE-ADD = Treatment Research and Education for Autism and Developmental Disorders.
Surrey Place Centre/TRE-ADD program is a comprehensive day treatment program that provides services for children and youth with autism and related developmental disorders and their families. Our primary focus is on preparing the child/youth with multiple and complex needs to be successful in a less intensive programmed educational setting, and to enhance the ability of the family to support him/her. Our treatment approach is individualized, comprehensive and multi-disciplinary with an enhanced focus on the application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) procedures and principles.
Services are delivered by a multi-disciplinary team which includes Clinical Supervisors who are BCBA (Board Certified Behavioural Analysts), Senior Therapists who are currently BCBA or able to become BCBA certified, Instructor Therapists who are trained in ABA, Family Support Coaches, Social Worker, Psychometrist, and Psychologist who use various evidence-based methods which have been proven to be effective.
