Program Details

This program will establish social relationship skills, including having positive interactions with peers, making and keeping friends, and responding to challenging situations or conflicts. These skills are essential for good sportsmanship, growing friendships, and participating in social events. Structured family and caregiver education sessions are also included.

Once your child has gone through an initial assessment, our experienced clinical team will create a personalized behavior plan tailored to their unique needs.

This program is suitable if your child:

Has a strong speaker and listener vocabulary: your child should be able to ask questions, make comments, and understand others
Has emerging conversation skills: your child may not initiate conversations but should be able to talk about preferred topics
Can play simple board games
Shows interest in making friends and socializing with peers
Is able to sit and participate in a group lesson or activity for at least 15 minutes
Has minimal to minor disruptive behaviours (e.g., running away, harming self or others, throwing or destroying objects, yelling, non-compliance)
Personalized 1-to-1 support is available at extra cost, if needed.
