“My son, Finn, has autism and has struggled to interact with his peers since he was young. It started with delays in speech development, failure to understand others’ feelings, an inability to carry a conversation outside his subjects of interest and being unable to read non-verbal cues. We signed Finn up for the Social Time program at Surrey Place to improve his confidence to build relationships and carry conversations with his peers, be open to learning from others and, over time, become more independent.
Finn enjoys his ABA therapists, the learning environment and the fun activities in the program! We’re grateful that he is in a comfortable space with a supportive team of professionals who communicate, offer training sessions and review weekly goals created for Finn’s specific needs. I would 100% recommend this program as we’ve seen improvements in Finn’s ability to problem solve, talk to his peers, play with others and manage his emotions”
