Join us for Outdoor Yoga. This class will include stretches, gentle poses/asanas, breath work, relaxation and meditation. A wonderful way to take some time for yourself, get some fresh air and practice self care. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring your mat ( one can be provided it needed) and water.
*Please note that this class will be held behind 2 Surrey Place on the grass area. Space is limited.
