NEW: Way to GROW!: Mindfulness for Siblings

This 5 week workshop created in conjunction with Centre of Mindfulness Studies GROW project is intended for youth ages 14-18 (neuro-typical) who have a sibling with a developmental disability and are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression.
In this series, youth will engage in mindful exercises, mindful movement, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy formal & informal meditation practices to support mental health and well-being.
Required: Comfortable clothes; water; stable internet; quiet space for meditation practice and an open-heart.
Inclusive environment – Welcoming LGBTQ2, BIPOC.
Attendance mandatory for all 5 sessions- as they build on one another.
