Brief Teen Counselling
Teens (12-18) with ASD receive support from a psychologist to address challenges related to a range of issues (e.g., anxiety, family issues, challenges with peers). This support is aimed at improving teens’ wellbeing and everyday functioning. The ability to independently engage in a reciprocal conversation is required.
Teens may receive up to 8 counselling sessions. Those not appropriate for short-term counselling will be directed to more appropriate services.
Available to teens registered with the OAP and who live in the city of Toronto.
