Prerequisite Skills
Your child is a great fit if they:
- Have back-and-forth conversations, including asking and answering questions
- Read and write at a grade 5 level
- Follow complex, multi-step instructions
- Can sit for a 15 to 30 minute online lesson
- Have a caregiver at home who can provide technical support as needed and debrief with the clinician during the last 10 minutes of the session
This program is not suitable if your child:
- Struggles with back-and-forth conversations, including asking and answering questions and making comments
- Will leave the room or screen during an online group activity
- Will not have a caregiver available to help with technical support as needed
- Has major negative disruptive behaviours that could impact others’ learning
