There are several funding options that may help cover the cost of services with fees.

Fees and payment processes

Deposits & registration

When you select a “Register Now” service, a deposit is required to secure your spot:

  • Services under $1,000 → Full payment is required at registration
  • Services over $1,000 → A $1,000 deposit is required

Payment schedules

The remaining balance depends on the total cost of your service. You also have the option to pay in full at any time.

Services over $5,000
  • 33% due 2 weeks before the start date
  • 33% due 2 weeks before the end date
  • Final 33% due on the last day of service
Services under $5,000
  • 50% due 2 weeks before the start date
  • Final 50% due 2 weeks before the end date

Payment methods

We accept:

  • Credit card
  • Cheque
  • E-transfer
  • Online banking (“Pay Bills” function)

Receipts & documentation

After completing your program, you will receive an invoice that meets requirements for the Ontario Autism Program, which can be submitted for reimbursement if applicable.

  • Credit card payments → Receipt issued instantly
  • E-transfers → Receipt issued within 48 hours
  • Cheques → Receipt issued once processed by the bank
