Services for Partners & Organizations

Surrey Place’s partner network includes organizations in the disability services, healthcare, education and recreation sectors, and Indigenous and newcomer communities.

We collaborate with partners to provide services that support neurodivergent and developmentally disabled people, their families and caregivers. We also offer services for professionals and organizations, including consultation, training and specialized clinical support.

Our services are available in-person, online or using a hybrid model, based on your client’s needs.

Services for Partners and Organizations is a paid service designed for referrals and payment from professionals, agencies and organizations.

Only a partner agency or organization can refer client(s) to receive services. Referrals must be made on behalf of a client with client consent and knowledge.

Additionally, only a partner agency or organization can pay for client(s) to receive services. We are not able to collect payment for services directly from the client. We also ensure that your requested services are not funded by the ministry or covered by other funding options. If they are, we will facilitate connections with the appropriate team or service.

We will work with you to create an individualized plan tailored to your client’s specific needs or professional service.

Our services are offered on a fee-for-service basis. Since our plans are highly individualized, the cost varies depending on the organization’s needs.

After the first complimentary consultation, we will provide a comprehensive, itemized quote based on a customized Service Plan design. We invoice for services rendered in agreements created with the organization. We accept EFT, e-Transfers or cheques.

Surrey Place also offers payment plans. Connect with us to find out more.

Our services are conveniently offered at one of our four locations across Toronto, in your organization, at your client’s home or online.
