Embrace community through the joy of song

We welcome adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Down syndrome, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD), and other intellectual or developmental disabilities to join our Symphonic Passion Chorus choir.

The choir brings together 25-30 participants, led by clinical staff and volunteers, including instrumental accompanists.

No musical experience is necessary! The main requirement is a love of singing. We sing and use books with a combination of pictorial symbols and words to make the singing experience accessible.

Schedule and Location

Weekly choir practice runs from September to December.

Time: Wednesdays from 5:00pm - 6:30pm

Location: 2 Surrey Pl., Toronto, ON

Join us at this year’s holiday event!

Your donations help support our clients’ well-being and fund meaningful initiatives–like the annual Symphonic Passion Chorus holiday concert. These contributions help us cover the costs of rehearsals, venue rental, musician fees, printed songbooks and more.

The Symphonic Passion Chorus is supported by the Harry E. Foster Foundation and the Ontario Arts Council through the Artists in Schools and Communities Projects grant.
