Our psychology program serves people of all ages with developmental disabilities. Clients work with a specialized psychologist who helps them and their caregivers better understand the client’s needs, set goals, and manage mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression.

Services include:

Psychotherapy for infancy and early childhood

For ages 0–6

When working with young children, we focus on helping the caregiver learn how to best support their child’s mental health. This is done through psychological assessments, play therapy, and caregiver coaching. You may also receive support in creating a home environment that supports the child’s needs.

Psychotherapy for caregivers and family members

For those who care for a child ages 0–6

We offer direct support for parents, caregivers, and siblings of children in the Infancy and Early Childhood program. Psychologists help you build strength to guide your child’s development. Receive support in processing your child’s disability, the impact on the family, and concerns about the future. We also help you find practical and emotional ways to support your loved one.

Psychotherapy for children and youth

For ages 6–18

Our youth psychologists help young people and their families better understand mental health needs while the child moves through crucial stages of growth and development. Support may include play therapy, caregiver capacity planning, school preparation, and guidance on accessing appropriate services. Assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services are available.
