Transition Resources for High School, Post-secondary and Beyond

There are many paths a youth with Autism can take in high school and postsecondary. These resources, developed by Surrey Place’s School Support Program and the Toronto Catholic District School Board, help youth with Autism and their caregivers prepare for decisions related to education and employment.
