Driving
When driving through downtown Toronto, our south location at 2 Surrey Place can be accessed from College Street. Turn north onto Dr. Emily Stowe Way/Elizabeth St. 2 Surrey Place is on your left.
When driving from western locations in the Greater Toronto Area, our south location at 2 Surrey Place can be accessed by taking the Gardiner Expressway to Spadina Ave. Continue north on Spadina Ave until you reach College Street. Turn east on College Street. Turn north onto Dr. Emily Stowe Way/Elizabeth Street. 2 Surrey Place is on your left.
When driving from eastern locations in the Greater Toronto Area, our south location at 2 Surrey Place can be accessed by taking the 401 to the 367 Avenue Road exit. Continue south on Avenue Road. Avenue Road will become Queen’s Park Crescent. Continue around the crescent to the east side. Turn east on Grosvenor Street. Turn south on Surrey Place. 2 Surrey Place is on your right.
Parking
Free parking is not available at our south location, 2 Surrey Place. The front driveway and roundabout are for drop off and pick up purposes only. The closest paid parking is available in front of 2 Surrey Place. Additional paid parking can be found on University Avenue., McCaul Street, and Gerrard Street.
Surrey Place staff have access to a paid parking lot behind 2 Surrey Place through their Chubb card.
Public Transit (TTC)
2 Surrey Place is accessible from the Bloor-Yonge subway line.
To get to 2 Surrey Place using the Bloor-Yonge subway line:
- Take the subway to Queen’s Park Station. Exit the station at the northeast exit.
- From the northeast exit, go east on College Street for 500m until you reach Dr. Emily Stowe Way or Elizabeth Street.
- Turn left and stay on the west side of the road. Surrey Place will be on your left.

The entrance to this building is on ground level. The building has five floors with elevator access to each floor. The first floor is equipped with a universal washroom with a touchless door opener.

Driving
When driving from east or west in the Greater Toronto Area, our north location at 2 Champagne Drive can be accessed by taking Highway 401 to Allen Road. Continue north on Allen Road to Dufferin Street and turn left at Finch Avenue West. Champagne Drive is the first major intersection on your left.
When driving through downtown Toronto, our north location at 2 Champagne Drive can be accessed by taking Allen Road north to Dufferin Street. Turn left at Finch Avenue West. Champagne Drive is the first major intersection on your left. The Surrey Place entrance (Unit E6) is located on the southeast corner of the building.
Parking
Free parking is available on a first come, first served basis.
Surrey Place staff have access to a paid parking lot behind 2 Surrey Place through their Chubb card.
Public Transit (TTC)
2 Champagne Drive is accessible from the Yonge-University subway line.
To get to 2 Champagne Drive using the Yonge-University subway line:
- Take the subway north to Finch West Station.
- From Finch West Station, take the 36, 104 or 107D bus and exit the bus at the Champagne Drive bus stop.
- From the Champagne Drive bus stop, go south for 2 minutes (150m) passing a parking lot on your right. You will see the entrance (unit E6) on the east side of the building.

Driving
When driving from east or west in the Greater Toronto Area, our west location at 2150 Islington Avenue is accessible by taking Highway 401 to exit 356. Continue south down Islington Avenue. Turn right on Monogram Place. Our office (suite 102) is located on the south-west corner of the building complex called Monogram Place.
Parking
Free parking is available on a first come, first served basis. To access the parking lot, turn onto Monogram Place. Then, take the second right into the parking lot and turn right into the dead-end parking area. Here you will see the designated Surrey Place parking, indicated by the sign. This parking is free of charge. Make sure to use the designated spots otherwise you’ll need to pay for parking or risk getting a ticket.
Public Transit (TTC)
2150 Islington Avenue is accessible from the Bloor-Danforth subway line.
To get to 2150 Islington Avenue using the Bloor-Danforth subway line:
- Take the subway west to Islington Station.
- From Islington Station, take the 937 bus to Monogram Place.
- Go west for 150m (about three minutes) to the south-west side of Monogram Place building complex. You will see the designated Surrey Place entrance (suite 102) on your right.

Our designated entrance is located on the south side of the building facing Monogram Street. You will be unable to access the entrance to Surrey Place offices from the main building entrance. You will need to go to the south side of the building which faces Monogram Street.

Driving
When driving from east or west in the Greater Toronto Area, our east location at 10 Milner Business Court is accessible by taking Highway 401 to Markham Road and taking the north exit. Turn right on Milner Avenue. Turn right at Milner Business Court. Access to Surrey Place is located through a paid parking booth (with an attendant) on the west side of Milner Business Court.
Our designated entrance (suite 102) is located on the west side of the building off Markham Road. When facing the front of the main building, you will be unable to access the entrance to Surrey Place offices. You will need to go to the back of the building, which faces Markham Road.
Parking
Paid parking is available through the parking attendant at 10 Milner Business Court. You will drive around to the back of the building to access parking spaces surrounding the Surrey Place entrance. The first hour is free (subject to change). Additional paid meter parking is available at the Travelodge by Wyndham Toronto East on the south side of 10 Milner Business Court.
Public Transit (TTC)
10 Milner Business Court is accessible from the Bloor-Danforth and Scarborough subway lines.
To get to 10 Milner Business Court using the Bloor-Danforth and Scarborough subway lines:
- Take the Bloor-Danforth Line 2 Subway, east to Kennedy station.
- Take the Scarborough Line 3, north to Scarborough Centre.
- Take the 132 Milner Bus or 134B Progress Bus to Milner Avenue at Markham Road.
- Exit the bus and cross Markham Road. Turn right towards the Southeast corner.
- Head south on Markham Street for 250 m (four minutes).
- You will see the entrance to Surrey Place at 10 Milner Business Court (Suite 102) on your left. A pathway that connects from Markham Road will give you direct access to the back of 10 Milner Business Court and the Surrey Place designated entrance.
