To our community:
After a lot of thought and careful consideration, we have decided to keep our offices closed beyond Monday, April 6, to protect our clients, families, visitors and staff, and help to minimize the spread of COVID-19. The closure will extend to May 1, at which point we will reevaluate the situation.
During this time, we will continue to monitor the public health authorities’ updates, and as things develop. We are taking this situation day by day, and we will be sure to let you know when our office reopens.
We are looking forward to getting back to our regular operations once it is safe for everyone to do so, but while our offices are closed, we are still supporting clients and families remotely. If you are a Surrey Place client, please don’t hesitate to contact your clinician if you have any questions about your service.
If you want to learn more about our programs and services, please call 1-833-575-KIDS (5437) for children and youth programs, and 1-855-372-3858 to learn more about our adult programs.
Keep well, and we look forward to welcoming you back into our offices as soon as possible.
Warm regards,
Dr. Terri Hewitt, C. Psych.
