Is your child or teen looking to gain self-confidence? Then Building Confidence is right for you! Your child will discover personal strengths and challenge negative self-talk through fun, interactive sessions with goals like:
- Listening to others and sharing ideas
- Reframing negative thoughts
- Collaborating and cooperating with peers
- Developing social skills through cooperative and competitive games
- Expressing themselves through drawing, acting, writing or another creative medium
In this multidisciplinary group, your child will benefit from a collaborative approach across professions, including psychology, social work and behaviour analysis.
What’s the difference between the weekly group and the March Break camp?
Weekly Multidisciplinary Group
Our consistently sold-out weekly group runs on Monday nights for 1.5 hours. Led by psychology, social work, and behaviour professionals, it offers steady skill-building and peer connection.
March Break Camp
Introduced due to high demand, this full-day, week-long March Break camp blends morning therapeutic sessions with our multidisciplinary team and afternoon recreational programming.
