Are you looking for a program for your teen to develop healthy personal relationships and habits? Then Navigating Life and Relationships is for you! Led by an interdisciplinary team including a behaviour analyst, social worker and psychologist, teens will learn through weekly interactive activities how confidence, self-compassion and self-acceptance can become the foundation for healthy relationships with peers, employers, and romantic partners.

Eligibility
Your teen is a great fit if they:
- Are able to participate in a group activity for 15-20 minutes.
- Are interested in learning skills to support their own mental well-being.
- Can participate in back-and-forth conversations.
- Support their own mental well-being.
This program is not suitable if your child:
- Displays behaviours that could cause injury or require emergency help
